3. Account Registration & Access

4. Payments & Billing

Late Fees: Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month on the outstanding balance, at our discretion.

7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Similarly, if we share any proprietary methods, code, or tools, we expect you to keep those confidential as well.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
We commit to delivering services with reasonable skill and care.
We do not guarantee viral traffic, #1 Google rankings, or uninterrupted service. The internet is unpredictable.
Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (like merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data).
Any amount beyond the total fees paid to us in the past 12 months.
