1. No Cancellations After Order Confirmation
Once you place an order or sign a service agreement, your project is officially active.
No cancellations for change of mind.
We begin allocating resources (designers, developers, servers) immediately upon confirmation.
2. All Services Are Non-Refundable
All payments made to BudgetWebWorks.com are 100% non-refundable, including:
Upfront deposits
Milestone payments
Final invoices
3. What If You’re Not Happy?
We totally understand that things might not always hit the mark. If you’re not satisfied:
Feedback Loop: Share your concerns. We’ll revise based on the project’s scope and feedback process.
Escalation Option: Still not satisfied? You can escalate to our project lead. We’ll work hard to find a practical resolution.
4. Rare Exceptions
We may consider a refund only if we completely fail to deliver as per our signed agreement.
Our first approach is offering credit toward future services.
